Manor Gardens

The Manor Gardens planting scheme was established in 2022 and is the centrepiece of Manor Gardens in Exmouth. The multi-layered planting creates successive displays of colour and texture. Larger groupings of high colour impact species and structural species contrast against the highly naturalistic mix. Seedheads and stems set against a backdrop of copper hues provide interest through autumn and winter. The scheme focuses on minimal maintenance and requires only one annual cut back, alongside the occasional tidy up. This project was undertaken whilst employed by East Devon District Council.
